  15. I am able to transfer files twixt my clone and my 1200's internal IDE HD.  I

  21. I have a very similar experience when I attempt to transfer from clone to my
  22. 1200's external SCSI units (Iomega Zip drive and a small HD via Squirrel SCSI).
  23. I had hoped to be able to use Link-It as a cheap- if slow- way to use my Zip
  24. as a storage unit for my clone.  I can still do it, but I have to transfer from
  25. clone to 1200 internal HD to 1200 external Zip.  Kind of a pain..

  32. I haven't had to need to do any file conversion yet, but you appear to be
  33. right.  There are a couple of iff to gif converters, and the convert.txt file
  34. in the clone Link-It directory mentions a Gif to BMP utility, but neither of
  35. those options would seem to help you.

  37. From my perspective, Link-It needs some work, but has some very nice potential.
  38. It is better/easier/faster than previous similar programs I have tried, though
  39. I would not be quite so generous if I were in your situation.  Good Luck...
